Where do I go for customer service and support?

What do I do if I want a refund or want to return an item?

For refunds and returns you may contact us by email at amariziboutique@gmail.com with the subject "Refund/Return Request". Please include your order number and clearly state the item that you wish to return in the body of the email for verification. Refer to our policies for more details.

What is your refund and return policy?

At Amaryzi you have 15 days to return item(s) from the delivered date. To be eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges (including in-store credit) the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and tags, unused and in the original condition we sent it to you. After the 15 day period we are unable to provide you with store credit or a cash refund.

When will I recieve my package?

All of our orders will be shipped Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Your order will be shipped depending on what day the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 processing days for your order to start the shipping process.
